Our client’s safety is always our concern, but especially with covid. We have masks available, where distancing isn’t enough and our facility is cleaned daily. We are also able to do some consults and coaching remotely.
Dr. Logan is certified in Dry Needling through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. Dry needling can be used to help musculoskeletal issues almost anywhere in the body. One on one manual therapy and targeted exercise for 60 minutes with Dr. Logan to reduce pain and restore full motion and function. Dr. Logan specializes in low back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, knee pain, and ankle pain. Functional fitness based one on one training emphasizing functional movements with intensity while ensuring safe and effective technique. Dr. Virginia will first meet with you to help design an approach that works best for your needs. She will then provide weekly accountability coaching to keep you on track. She will help with ideas for meal prepping and healthy eating plans. She is happy to discuss what science there is behind the various eating plans and supplements. Virginia will analyze your diet and create effective meal plans in order for you to reach your optimal health. She’ll educate you on supplements and also give you ideas for meal prepping.
